1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with original packaging and tags.
  • Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons (e.g., underwear, swimwear, custom-printed items).

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items received.

3. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you wish to change an item, please return the original order for a refund and place a new order.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at valientte@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


5. Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please contact our customer service team for instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
